Rates

Per night, for the whole residence at its full occupancy, in New Zealand dollars including GST. Every residence is bookable individually; every property, and all three, on a Sole Occupancy basis. Rates valid 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2027.

Peak: 20 December to 5 January, and New Zealand public holiday weekends

Minimum stay

All year: Two nights
Peak: Five nights
Public holiday weekends: Three nights
Single nights: On request, with a 15% surcharge

Arrival and departure

Check-in: From 3 pm
Check-out: By 11 am
Rates: NZD, including GST, per night for the whole residence
Valid: 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2027

Booking

Deposit: 25% of the accommodation total on confirmation of booking
Balance: Due 90 or 30 days before arrival, depending on the residence or property booked
Cancellation: Refunded in full, less an administration fee, until the balance is due. Non-refundable after that. See the terms and conditions

The Cookhouse

Bluestone's private dining room at the Farmhouse is included when you book the Farmhouse or Sole Occupancy of Bluestone Ridge.

Bluestone hosts small private gatherings at the Cookhouse, seating 12 to 18. Larger celebrations are considered case by case; please enquire and we will confirm in writing what is possible.

As a venue on its own, a full day of up to 14 hours is NZD 2,600 in the low season; in the high season it follows the Farmhouse rates and minimum stays. Catering, equipment, and staffing are quoted separately. A dedicated concierge is NZD 130 an hour.
