The Cookhouse

One table, twelve to eighteen, a chef cooking for your party alone. Bluestone hosts small private gatherings at the Cookhouse, seating 12 to 18. Larger celebrations are considered case by case; please enquire and we will confirm in writing what is possible.

    Booking units: the Boat House, the Studio, the Safari Tents, the Cabins

    Absolute privacy and beautiful simplicity, one hour from Auckland. Arrive by Friday evening; be somewhere else entirely by dinner.

  2. The family gathering

    Booking units: the Main House, the Farmhouse, or Sole Occupancy of a property

    A luxury family holiday where the house works as hard as you rest. Room for everyone, long lunches, kids in the paddock, no one has to cook unless they want to. Travelling with your own nanny? We can accommodate them on the Main Estate by arrangement.

  3. The private luxury traveller

    Booking units: the Main House, or Sole Occupancy of the Main Estate or the whole estate

    Sole Occupancy of a private New Zealand coastal collection, total discretion, twenty minutes from Auckland by helicopter. Bookable in its entirety for forty.

  4. The golf traveller

    Booking units: any residence, matched to the group

    The finest private base for a New Zealand golf journey: forty minutes from Te Arai Links, tailored hosting, and the whole coast for the days between rounds.
